About us

Funny Video Clips is a YouTube channel that posts a daily compilation of funny videos and Shorts. These terms cover this website, our submission form, and the videos we publish.

YouTube Terms of Service

Funny Video Clips uses YouTube API Services. By using our website, sending us a video, or watching our videos, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.

Sending us a video

• Only send videos you filmed yourself or own the rights to.
• When you send a video, you give Funny Video Clips a free, non-exclusive permission to edit it and post it on YouTube and other platforms, including in monetized videos. You still own your video.
• Everyone recognizable in the video must agree to it being posted. If a child appears, you must be their parent or guardian.
• We credit you using the name or @handle you give us. We can't promise to use every video.
• You can ask us to take your video down at any time and we'll remove it.

Videos from other creators

Besides viewer submissions, we use clips we license from video licensing services or with the creator's written permission, openly licensed videos from Wikimedia Commons (CC BY, CC0 or public domain), and free stock videos from Pexels and Pixabay. We credit every creator on screen and in the description. We never download or reuse other people's YouTube videos without a license. If you think we used your video by mistake, email us and we'll remove it promptly.

Our videos

Our videos are posted on YouTube and follow YouTube's Community Guidelines. Watching them is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
